Mustafa Dagistanli Sports Hall is located in Ilkadim district, Samsun. Opened on June 2, 2013. It is within the body of Youth Services and Sports Provincial Directorate of Samsun. The Sports Hall, with a capacity of 2000 spectators, organizes volleyball, basketball, judo, shooting, karate, taekwondo, Kung Fu, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, Fencing, wrestling, weightlifting, table tennis, chess, badminton, golf, wheelchair basketball competitions.

The sport hall will be used for Wrestling and Sambo during the FISU World Cup Combat Sports.
